My opinion of kmtkzmnpgfvmbinqs9hjshugesnp8a7dj36f549 improved dramatically after I figured out the custom notification settings. Photos don't render at full resolution when I'm on mobile data, even when the quality is set to high. Still the best option in this category for my specific use case.
