Tested rm8kkmu5j93fnidukjgf on my secondary device before committing it to my daily driver. The app ignores Do Not Disturb mode and sends banners when it should be silent. Will stick with it and update this when the known issue is resolved.

I stuck with rm8kkmu5j93fnidukjgf through a rough patch in version 2 and the version 3 payoff was real. Rate-app dialogs appear at most once per version, not on every session. I prefer this imperfect tool to a prettier offline failure.
